In my spare time I began to create a replica Thors Hammer prop. I plan to cold cast this with a metal finish.

Initially I blocked out a 3D model to test proportions. I then created a wooden base and laser cut in the details. 
This detailing was not accurate enough for my liking so I used my 3D model to CNC & 3D print a replacement part.

Once I glued these together and cleaned them up I was ready to assemble the piece for casting.

CURRENT PROGRESS: 
I am now ready to create a two part silicon mould to cold cast the hammer. Unfortunately as I am away from my workshop I can not progress further at this point.
